Online yoga recommendations - need to stretch more

I'm looking for a yoga series that focuses on stretch and flexibility - my hamstrings are tighter than ever and are starting to impact on my running. My back is tight too but my physio massage says it's mainly down to my hamstrings.

I do pilates already and fun, so I'm looking for youtube yoga or similar (I used to sign up for the new year courses, but I can't commit to doing it every day).

Thank you.

Yoga with Kassandra, I have found her to be a lot better than Adrienne.
Fightmaster yoga for a full on ‘I’ve used muscles I never knew I had’ workout.
Tom Morrison for mobility movements. My yoga and range of movement has improved loads since adding mobility movements. My hamstrings are nowhere near as tight as they used to be.

I like yoga with Adrienne as she targets specific areas like back , core or stress.

Yoga with Kassandra is lovely.

I think it depends on whether you want the kind of relaxation / zen ethos behind the yoga too or just the movements.

I do DDP Yoga which is led by an ex WWE wrestler (although the app has hundreds of workouts from a handful of different instructors and my favourite is actually a British guy). It's yoga (and some Pilates) movements but with a more upbeat/growly/shouty atmosphere and really makes me laugh. It's a great workout too.

@LikeIDontExist I will have a look at Kassandra - I can't get on with Adrienne despite trying again and again. I used to sign up for her January 30 days each year, and by the 4th I was always 3 days behind. I find them very slow. And Tom Morrison is a good call as I really want to.focus on flexibility.

@FrogSplash at the moment I just want the movements - I'm not looking for a change in my life, just my hamstrings. I've not heard of DDP yoga so I'll have a look.

Thank you

Look into Yin yoga or Restorative yoga. They concentrate on stretching with the focus being that you relax into the stretch for a few minutes to allow your muscles to relearn length not contraction.

to allow your muscles to relearn length not contraction

You need to strengthen, not just lengthen though.

weirdly, this has been really good for my hamstrings. I do this several times, holding it but also doing ‘elephant walk’ and then back to holding it. This guy is also good for mobility moves, I watch him as well as Tom Morrison.

That broom exercise looks interesting, I'm going to give it a try. I already do online pilates and yoga so am after specific individual exercises to add. I've had lots of positive changes, but finding the ridiculous tightness of my hamstrings is preventing me getting the most out of the moves which would benefit them.

Can I ask what the elephant walk is?

Has anyone had any success with a massage gun for hamstrings?
