I do a lot of power yoga and vinyasas. I feel great after and have noticed a huge difference in strength and endurance so I've been trying some harder yoga recently.
However one particular workout left me feeling very very sore after and I was having trouble sleeping because of it. It didn't particularly hurt during the workout and I wasn't pushing myself so I was surprised. But it was a new routine so I guess my body was not used to it yet! There were a lot of warrior poses and some side leg up planks.
What can I do to prevent and manage the soreness post workout?
