Online yoga

would love to start getting up earlier and doing some yoga classes at home as can’t find any around my area that start before 730

any online accounts / subscriptions / teachers that you love and would recommend?

Since back to normal life post covid I can’t find anything online (would prefer no YouTube or les mills style)

Yoga with Adrienne on YouTube seems to be the main choice.

I'm quite into Yoga with Kassandra as she does varying lengths ranging from 10 mins to 1 hour for all levels.

Lesley Fightmaster was wonderful and did lots of series. I particularly like this one

For a 30-minute quickie that gets everything going, I've never found a routine I prefer to this one by Floating Yoga School, who also has many other videos and playlists

A new instructor on YouTube is Abigail on Little by Little Fitness. It's more of a fusion of yoga with mat exercise, and a bit challenging if like me you've let things slide for a while 😁

I used to enjoy Adriene until she turned into a sort of modern-day saint. 😇
