Hi guys,
I have a couple of questions for all new and experienced Yoga teachers.
Are you satisfied with the level of knowledge of the human body your TTC (whatever it was/is) gave you? If not, why?
I do not teach anymore because I am a full time chiropractor now, but I have completed different TTC's (Hatha Alliance 300h in 2014, + Ashtanga in Mysore 2015 + others) and somehow always wanting to deepen my knowledge of WHY and HOW yoga works on the human body (nervous system anatomy and neurology, breathing mechanics and physiology).
I am aware yoga is a spiritual practice but don't you think knowing a little more would help delivering better classes, reducing risks of injuries, and gain certainty in what you are doing?
All the best,
Edo
