Any good yoga poses when feeling under the weather?

Do you still practice yoga when you are feeling under the weather? Do you find any poses in particular help perk you up?

I like (forgive me I don't know the name) where you lean forward and hang your head down with your feet flat on the ground for clearing my sinuses. And I like a good half an hour alternating side pigeon poses for if I'm feeling anxious, something about the hip opening really helps!

Yoga with Adriene on YouTube has a video called 'Yoga for when you're sick'. I do yoga if I'm feeling up to a bit of gentle movement, but not if I'm feverish or totally wiped out

I quite like a bit of restorative yoga when I'm not feeling well - or a 'guided nap' as I once heard it referred to as. There is something about being supported by props and/or covered in a blanket that makes me feel like I am doing the best for my body.

Legs up the wall might be nice? Depending on the specifics of how you're feeling. You can adjust your legs so you get some hip stretches too.

I also like yoga for when you are sick as PP said.

A combination of yin yoga poses (that you hold for 3-5 mins each) with a yoga bolster and some background yoga/meditation music is very soothing.
