I’ve done yoga on and off but I want to try and get into a better consistent practice. What benefits do you find from it if you do it regularly and how often is regularly for you?

Aim for daily
Fail - mostly at weekend ( go out too much ) or when ill

Feel much better for it though - more in control of life and it's really good for my body

I do Yoga with Adriene sessions, usually 3 times a week. I do a lot of gym too (weights and spin) but couldn't go for about 6 weeks earlier in the year due to a mix of holiday followed by illness. All I could do was daily yoga and walks during most of that and it kept me ticking over nicely so I didn't lose too much strength

I try to do yoga 3 times a week. Sometimes it’s less, sometimes more.
I love it. It’s time carved out just for me and since starting I feel physically stronger - I’ve NEVER been able to do a plank before and now I can. It really helps my mental well being as I totally disengage from anything else going on in general life. I also love that it’s an exercise that doesn’t leave me gasping for breath, as I hate that feeling! My body shape has also changed for the better since starting yoga.

I also do Yoga With Adriene.

So far all I manage is Adrienne’s 5 min morning routine - it really helps me be less stiff, and it helps psychologically to take that time for me

periodically I manage a weekly class, I have ambitions for more.

I have been feeling a bit stiff and not flexible recently so I’m hoping it will help with that! Also hoping it will help me relax a bit! How long did it take you to start noticing a difference?
