Hi all.

Well, just as the title goes I guess! Would love to hear your experiences.

I've dabbled with a couple of the mantras. When pregnant did a prenatal mini video on YouTube which brought me to tears. Also a inner child meditation that brought me to tears. Thinking it's time to go full pelt as it's clearly something my soul is asking for. Booked into a class next week.

How did you get on, anyone? Anyone with a small baby have any tips on how to fit it into a daily routine? I'm on my own so can't hand baby over to anyone on a daily basis, but mum is supportive. Worry about doing it in his naps times in case he wakes up and I'm disturbed halfway through? He does generally sleep okay for about 30 mins, but can be a bit hit and miss. Usually too pooped at the end of the day to do anything as have 2 older kids with me full time for the time being. Any tips would be most welcome.

Have a look at Brett Larkin on YouTube, she has accessible Kundalini. I’ve also got DVDs with Ana Brett from Amazon which also are excellent. I love the breathwork and repetitive movements but missed the expansion and asana of Hatha/vinyasa. Also didn’t gel with the chanting/mantras. My ideal would be a vinyasa/kundalini mash up😂
