Where to find decent Yoga for men.

I’m 47 and I work in the building trades. I’m self employed and a decorator by trade and I’m beginning to find that my stress levels are going through the roof and my joints are really feeling the cold especially when working outside.
I was far more flexible even 5 years ago.
My ex DW/DP Mum of my babies 10&6 who’s still my best friend suggested I try Yoga for men.
So I looked into it and every Yoga thing for men seems to be obsessed with sex . Improve it make it last longer etc.
Admittedly I’ve not had sex for 5 years because nobody could be her but blimey if I haven’t got it right by my age I’m not going to now am I.
I just need to find some stress relief yoga for men somewhere between Fulham and Kingston that isn’t going to market itself on the basis of sex. It’s to help me with work and my mental health ffs nowt more.
Is there anyone who can recommend something because surely not all men approaching middle age are obsessed with bloody sex. I’ve been there done it and had enough of it.

I'm in SW London and I use MoreYoga and I go pretty much every day. They're a chain and loads of men go to the classes.

I also use class pass (MINDBODY app) and shop around for local yoga classes if I want to find one when I want to go when MoreYoga doesn't have a class on.

It’s not what you asked, but you might consider Tai Chi / Qi Gong instead of yoga. I have found Qi Gong in particular to be far better than yoga for relaxation and stress relief, but of course it’s very individual. The class I go to is mixed, but skews slightly more towards male attendance.

Mei Quan is a decent Tai Chi school which offers Qi Gong too, and they have classes in Putney and Fulham
