Beginners yoga classes in North London/NW London

Hi,

I have a couple of days sans children and wanted to try a few yoga classes. Anyone recommend anywhere in these areas? I thought Fierce Yoga in Finchley but don't know many others.

Trio yoga in Camden, lots and lots of classes

Fierce Grace is amazing! I attend the West studio. It’s the single best thing I’ve done to improve my posture, strength, stamina, and emotional health. Hot yoga takes time to get used to and it may feel pretty awful for the first couple of classes as it’s a lot more intense than regular yoga. I also find it’s a very inclusive space - today, an 80 year old guy joined. There are people of all ages, abilities, body shapes.

@Milomonster don't they have a less warm room though? I literally have 3 days free and I want to try stuff out

I know in Kilburn they have some warm classes. Morning classes are probably good as they don’t get too packed. The busier the class, the hotter and more humid it gets. Teachers always ask if there are new people and will advise to take it slow.

hi, I have started Yoga Classes on Mondays at Kentish Town Community Centre, 15 Busby Place, NW5 2SP. All levels welcome. Mats and blocks available.
Class is at 9.30AM - suitable for school mums.
