What do you eat after yoga?

Due to work and having a toddler I can only workout after dinner once my child has gone to bed. We have dinner around 530pm and I normally do my workout (which at the moment is daily yoga) around 8pm. However I am struggling on what to eat after my workout? I don’t want anything heavy as I go to bed not long after but feel like I need something to fuel my body with afterwards. Any recommendations? Thanks!

If you’ve had dinner and you’re not hungry I wouldn’t eat. I’d maybe have water or some fruit

I do an intense amount of hot yoga in the evenings. I don’t eat anything heavy before bed - a cup of hot choc and bread/biscuit/crackers.

Are you actually hungry after yoga though? If not and you've had your tea I wouldn't have anything. I do regular yoga and it doesn't exactly burn the amount of calories that I think afterwards that I must refuel. Body pump / HIT class yes, yoga/ Pilates not so much.

A small smoothie is great after yoga no matter what time. A great smoothie is strawberries, mango, and pineapple with coconut water. It
