Years ago I managed to do the original 30 days and loved it. Fast forward a good few years and I have finally taken the plunge and I am on day 5 of her new 30 day programme Move. I am finding it a little bit too fast at the mo however. I don't know whether to stick at it, go back and do the original one again or try one of the ones she has done over the past few years.
Which is your favourite 30 day programme of hers and why?

Hi - not sure if you're still looking for inspiration but I'd recommend last years 30 day journey - Breath. I've been doing yoga for less than 2 years and haven't tried any of the other 30 days as yet so I'm limited in my recommendation but I really enjoyed Breath, which was a mix of mindful breathing and movement.

Some days I find it hard to be still and to get out of my head without the distraction of movement, so Breath was an interesting challenge for me but a really positive journey.

I've done a few of the Move days and it is definately much faster paced and more intense than Breath. I'm looking forward to doing Move but I think I would have struggled with it when I was first starting out.

Thanks so much for replying! I have persevered with move and am now on day 18. I have also been revisiting the very first 30 days which I'm liking as well. Thanks for the Breath recommendation. I'd like to think I'd keep going after I've finished move so I'll try that one next.

Dedicate is my favourite, it seems to have the most individual practices I’ve flagged to go back to. I really like True as well. I wasn’t nearly as keen on Move, I didn’t enjoy the faster pace. I know she was going for a more “exercise-y” feeling and I get why, but I run for that, I want my yoga practices afterwards to be nice stretchy cool-downs.

I have redone them all multiple times over the years. I think the first one doesn't flow as well as the others. I really like the second one Yoga Camp, I think that's my favourite. It's quite chilled.
