I had Covid about a month ago and was knocked for 6 for a good 2/3 weeks.
I had been doing a short practice every day from November including almost all of Move (was up to day 27?!)
It's only in the last week I've felt normalish. About a week ago I tried a 20 min yoga for sickness Adrienne practice but even that was too much.
Suggestions to start me off again. For context I took dds on a big shopping trip yesterday morning and was wiped out in the afternoon (we're talking nap in the afternoon and in bed asleep by 9.30).
