Standing yoga?

I want to try to do some yoga at work, plus my floor at home is so hard and cold (plus I don’t have the space to lie down and stretch).

Can anyone recommend some good standing yoga videos? I don’t mind putting my hands to the ground, but not my knees/ stomach/back etc.

I’ve had a Google, but not really found anything. Standing might not be perfect, but it’s better than doing nothing…

Varying lengths would be great, but not over 30ish minutes realistically.

I do numerous videos from Erin Motz (aka Bad Yogi)

She has plenty of free ones on youtube - including some "no mat" ones for when you're in a grubby hotel room or similar, which should work :)

Could you create your own sequence using any of the poses in this link?

I do a combination of Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Supported Warrior 3, Triangle, Supported Downward Dog, High Lunge, Supported Plank, Mountain Pose, Tree Pose, Prayer Twist, Dancer (by supported I’m meaning I use a desk or bathroom sink to rest my hands or elbows on rather than touching the floor).
