Any other programmes like 30 days with Adrienne

I like the 30 day structure but I am not so keen on Adrienne these days - she has her place but I find her quite samey.

I like Kassandra a lot but can only see a 10 min sessions whereas I'd like 20-30 mins. Cat Meffan is ok but a bit too difficult for me (I am at beginner level but not absolute beginner).

Any suggestions?

You could try this for 30 days for free.

They have a mix of different stuff, different styles and class lengths. The prerecorded video series are really good. There are also lots of live streamed videos (which are from classes that have been streamed live in a studio) But that you can just dip in and out of when you find a teacher you like to watch.

I have an actual studio membership with them - but their videos/live streaming kept me sane in lockdown! And are great if I can't make it to the mat in the real life studio.

Lesley Fightmaster did lots of 30-day series, including a "Hatha for Happiness" one that I really loved. www.youtube.com/c/Fightmasteryoga/playlists

Five Parks Yoga has lots of 30-day series and other collections too: www.youtube.com/c/FiveParksYoga/playlists

Yoga with Tim is another good one and he's about to start his 2022 30-day challenge:

I also recommend Yoga with Tim. I have just started his 30 day challenge and it looks great.

To be honest, I prefer Five Parks Yoga! The trouble with Tim is that he explains things lengthily while you are balanced precariously (as a beginner) on one side, then you don't hold the posture anywhere near as long on the other side. Also, I'm never sure whether his content is aimed at beginners (long explanations) or more advanced yogis (difficult poses). That said, in previous years I have made good progress following him (just not kept it up!).

Five Parks is amazing, and has a vast range of 30-day courses and other content. I used to love Fightmaster Yoga too, but have not often ventured back since she died (just a bit too sad, although the quality is great).

And this is just a short, random video that I really love as it seems to be like a Heineken, refreshing the parts that nothing else reaches, in just 30 minutes, and not difficult! Great as a morning routine when I'm going through one of my phases of looking after myself 😋

I like this 30 day yoga dedication -
First 10 days on youtube then the rest on their video library but you get a 14 day free trial with all packages. m.youtube.com/channel/UCtzcTWSPStJetJSQb3CIC_w/videos
The teacher is from a yoga studio in north london- they have some great teachers on the main library of all different lengths, and not just asana
