Yes, i have one and love it! It’s awful getting in and off it… but the inverter bit is amazing 😀

I had one along with the pillow. It never helped with insomia and was not relaxing. I find restorative yoga much better.

Yes! Weirdly pleasurable and relaxing for me.

Watching with interest!

Yes, highly recommended. Have even bought them for friends and family.

I use mine for... reducing tension in back muscles from stress or awkward sitting, can save me from escalation of a bad back if I get on in time. Also promotes great sleep if I have a few nights when I've struggled to drop off.

I got one recently and am still getting the hang of it. I have found it really helps with my back, neck and shoulder pain. Immediate relief.

I bought one for my husband and he uses it all the time. He often falls asleep on it

My DH got me one for my birthday! I haven't fallen asleep on it yet but it's good. Sometimes it's not so spikey feeling other times it gets very ouchy! Especially when getting off it. I lie on it for 20 mins at a time.

I once had period aches and lay on it, they disappeared.
