Hello vipers.
I'm a mid 50s yogi (intermediate experience) and have decided to try and beef up my yoga practice. I'm not ready to go back to the yoga studio yet and Adrienne -my usual go to - is feeling a bit gentle for what my body needs right now.
I joined Asana Rebel and am doing the 21 day challenge.

My aim is to get stronger so I can start to do arm balances /headstands properly. And to stop my bum and bingo wings being so flappy. Oh, and protecting my back.
