Online yoga? Bit bored with Adriene

I feel really bad writing that! I love her, but I’m finding the sessions a bit slow and easy. I’d like to have to take my jumper off and be a bit stiff the next day like I get from my RL class.
Any thoughts? Maybe I’m just not trying hard enough. Grin

Does anyone know how the teachers/sites recommended here compare to Adriene's more intermediate practices? Eg empower series. (Think these might only be available on subscription). I'm wondering if I should up the difficulty of my home yoga but not sure I'm up to practices that are tougher than empower...

Oh I was going to ask this exact question! Placemarking to come back later!

Following as I had exactly the same issue with Adrienne!

Well I’ve been doing some boho beautiful and really liking it! Definitely harder than Adriene, so I have some aches the next day which I’m enjoying.

I use the Down Dog app too, it’s brilliant, and incredibly good value - about $35 a year for as many classes as you want to do, plus a HIIT, meditation and barre version.

Alo Moves is amazing, I have been using it for years now. Thousands of classes from yin yoga to HIIT and you just pay a monthly or annual membership x

Download Down Dog. It's greate, you select what sort of yoga and loads of other criteria and it spits out a bespoke video. £10 for a year.

I like Kassandra. Also quite like Travis Eliot when I’m in the mood for more of a work out, his sun salutations video is one I return to when I don’t feel very yoga-y, something about the repetition helps me empty my mind more than a more varied class. I didn’t get on with Cat Meffan at all, just felt like a blobby failure the whole time!

I also use Alo Moves. Have used it since it was Cody. Won't be renewing my subscription. The newer teachers aren't so good, even I can do more imaginative sequencing and their loud breathing really annoys me. They also pay Kylie Jenner to be an "influencer" to promote their leggings. That killed it for me. The more established teachers are still excellent.

I love Yoga International and Yogi Approved.
