Hi everyone. I’ve been sluggish in lockdown (definitely gained too much weight!
) and after a bit of googling found a live yoga course starting next week which seems to be ideal for getting back in to it again after my slump. Tried a couple of her free videos on YouTube and very inclusive/achievable and body positive. Anyway the reason for posting is, does anyone have any alternative live course suggestions they could please make which are similar so I can compare? (ideally
one starting March/April so I can get going for end of lockdown.)

Else I think I’ll go ahead and book into this one. I prefer live as I’ve tried buying access to recorded materials but lose the motivation a live class schedule provides. Definitely needs to be a teacher who is conscious of less flexible body shapes though - that’s me now! Thanks for any input.
