Both DC (8 and 11 with learning delay) are having trouble concentrating at school because the classroom is too noisy. I thought yoga/meditation might help them. I tried an app with them, but it was too complicated and didn't explain how to do the moves. I tried the breath day 1 from yoga with Adrienne and it was more successful, although far too long (we did the first 20 minutes) and DS found it hard to follow.
I'm looking for something more appealing for children, that's not more than 15-20 minutes a time, yet not too babyish. DS has dyspraxia, found just the sitting up and breathing exhausting, so I think this could be really good for him. I don't mind paying for an app or dvd (within reason!) but don't want to pay anything that's a subscription. Of course, free would be best! Can anyone give me some recommendations?
