Well, I've become generally unhealthy over lockdown and not motivated so after having been quite good in previous years I've decided to start small.

So patting myself on the back I managed 20 minutes with Adrienne beginners yoga on You Tube. Planning to do the same sequence for a week and if that works out well perhaps step it up. Anyone join me?

I’ve been doing her ‘30 days ‘ yoga sessions for a couple of months , generally 5/7 days I reckon.
They are good as you don’t need to think which one to do - just do the next in the series . She’s done one every year for at least the last 4 years and they are all available on you tube

wohmum · 20/09/2020 17:21

They are typically 20-30 mins long

SillyCow6 · 20/09/2020 17:23

I'll join you with this! Although I don't always do Adrienne videos so I might chop and change a bit

Sentos · 20/09/2020 17:33

I’ll join for the 20mins a day. I’ll probably do my own thing rather than Adrienne, but I do want to get into a daily habit.

GoldfishParade · 20/09/2020 23:34

I'm in! Doing the 30 days one. Have already done Day 1

itsureis · 20/09/2020 23:37

Oh I so need to get back into my daily routine as i liked seeing my progress, especially as a beginner. I've just moved house but next week I'll join you on the mat. Enjoy !!

BenoneBeauty · 20/09/2020 23:42

I'll join too please - not tried this before so might be good for me. Do you work up a sweat doing it?

earsup · 20/09/2020 23:49

I have been doing some.. very enjoyable..not paying my yoga teacher £14 an hour for a zoom class !! So pricey.

SeasideArms · 20/09/2020 23:49

I'll join in, I have really lost my fitness over lockdown and need to build it back. Tomorrow I'm on it!

HerBigChance · 21/09/2020 22:06

I've been doing this for a few weeks and am really enjoying it. I still a real beginner, so am doing Adrienne's beginners workouts at about 25 mins, or a combination of shorter ones. She has ones for focus, posture, lower back etc at around 10 or 15 mins each.

Buntyforgirls · 22/09/2020 11:14

Would love to join for motivation please? Day 1 completed today with Adrienne- don't usually get much further than this! Fingers crossed...

albicocca · 22/09/2020 22:04

Oooo I'm on day 14 of her 30 days HOME series. I'm a total beginner and very stiff - but loving it! I actually look forward to it (which is something I never thought I would say).

Buntyforgirls · 29/09/2020 10:02

Day4 completed so obviously a little behind with it but still committing to it.
Day 2 was not nice- too many planks and dogs!
Any on line Pilates anyone can recommend please??

Buntyforgirls · 30/09/2020 20:59

Day5. Tried a yin yoga session and a guided meditation tonight. Enjoyed the practice.

Buntyforgirls · 06/10/2020 08:46

How’s it going for anybody else still plugging away? 🙃

kateshair · 08/10/2020 23:59

Me ! Am enjoying it muchly . Definitely less stiff in the mornings after doing it. Sleep is better I actually look forward to it. Find it very soothing Smile

Imtoooldforallthis · 09/11/2020 09:30

Hi sorry to hijack this thread but does anyone have any suggestions on which specific video to start with. I have done a twice weekly yoga class for a couple of months, so still a beginner but not an absolute beginner, does anyone have any recommendations?

kateshair · 10/11/2020 20:02

Hi imtoooldforthis you could start with her yoga for flexibility that’s only 15 mins. Also her yoga stretch one- again 15 mins I think. Any of the shorter ones should be good.

DunravenBadger · 17/12/2020 10:51

Anyone still doing this? I did her 20 min ones 3-4 x a week for about 6 weeks and now mix it up a bit. I like her gentle morning yoga now that's about 25 mins and she's outside. Try to do one most days of the week and finding it's helping with my joint pain.
