I LOVE Adrienne, but haven’t really branched our beyond her at all.

All the classes near me (when we aren’t on lockdown) are very expensive and quite hipster/gimmicky so I’m keen to stick to online classes. Which other channels are worth looking into?

I've just discovered Adrienne, she's ace! BIL recommends Tracey Noseworthy, I haven't tried her yet though

I have recently added Yoga with Kassandra to my daily YWA habit. She's Canadian and not so chatty but still lovely. I'm doing her 10 minute morning 30 days adding it onto Adrienne calendar

I love Ekhart Yoga. Esther Ekhart was recommended to me by a yoga teacher I went to around 8 years ago. Life intervened and I've only just picked up on it again, so am pretty much a beginner again (not v flexible!). It's not free, £15 a month, but for that you can do as much as you like, and there are loads of different teachers and styles covered. You can start off with a 2 week free trial, if I remember right, and there are also bits of videos on YouTube, but I feel she's built on her experience of instructing online so check out the website if you can.

I subscribe to Alo Moves, it has thousands of classes and teachers are great. I also subscribed to Yogi Approved they are doing a one month free trial. Yoga International are good too.

I like the SaraBethYoga channel. There is all kind of yoga exercises for any mood and body physical level. I use it for not so long but this channel fits me the best, especially with 10 minutes training.

BobFleming · 15/07/2020 09:58

I like Kassandra - no silly chat.
