I'm pretty much a yoga beginner, I've done a bit before and my partner does it so I'm not completely clueless. I am however really unfit. I don't want to lose weight though, I actually could do with gaining a little bit, but I have terrible stamina. My wrists are also quite weak.
Recommendations of which of Adriene's 30 day courses are best for my level would be great. I know she's done a few. My partner did dedicate last year and is doing home now. He said don't start off with home as it's more intensive than dedicate but he doesn't know about any of the others she's done. I really need to improve my fitness and strength so any tips would be great too.
