Today was my second session of Yoga at a local gym. I’m new to Yoga, but it seems to be fairly basic (no head stands) while still challenging for me. I have got really bad headaches mid way through both 45 minute sessions and felt very sick for several hours afterwards (although I wasn’t actually sick). Why am I getting this? My posture in daily life is awful (stooped shoulders , head down) mainly as a result of being bullied as a child and not wanting to draw attention to myself. Could my posture be the issue. The bending over stances seem to possibly be a trigger,but that makes up a large part of the class.
