Bridge make anyone else feel nauseous, dizzy?

Every time I do certain poses such as the Bridge I feel sick and dizzy and this feeling can persist long after the session. Anyone else have this and anyone have any advice? The irony is I love the position and am good at it

Speak to your yoga teacher about it.

It's impossible to tell without seeing you but it could be that you're shortening and hardening your neck. You need to be careful with your neck, if you restrict blood flow there it can be a lot worse than dizziness (think a stroke...)

Neck should be long and soft, shoulders away from ears and moving in to the back. Do lots of less-intensive backbends and shoulderwork first. Don't think that because you can lift into it easily, you don't have to work...
