Just completed day 1 of the Yoga with Adrienne challenge. I've done yoga on and off but I feel it's something I need to make a priority for me in my life.
My life's a bit of a mess and I need to sort it starting with me. I really feel like this can help me and help me get out my rut.
I found day 1 challenging I'm not going to lie! Haha! My left hip is incredibly tight almost inflexible and I couldn't get some of the poses cause my hands were so sweaty lol
Anyone else want to do this with me? X
