I started doing a bit of yoga a couple of years ago and got flexible enough to master the bridge and headstand.
I dropped the yoga and moved onto running for a while and decided this week to do a bit of yoga again and it turns out I’m more inflexible than ever! So I’m on a mission to do a bridge once again and though some other people might like to try the bridge challenge too so we can all spur each other on.
My plan is to spend a couple of minutes every morning and before bed to build up up full bridge and I’m starting today-who’s with me?
