Has anyone tried one for meditation etc? Just wondering if they really do work or not?

I love these. Been using them for six years. Well worth it imo. I can fall asleep on mine.

Did you get one, Op? I’ve had mine for almost 10 years and use it at least once a week. Agree with pp- I fall asleep on mine.

I want one, prices vary quite a bit. They are mats covered in small circles of 'spikes' so are designed to hit your pressure points and ease any muscle knots, I think.
