On day 3 please tell me it doesn't get harder every day! I've been so looking forward to starting this but it's killing me.
In preparation I did her Yoga for beginners every day for a week, followed by Foundations of flow for a week, then 25 minute sequence for a week and Yoga for a rain day for 12 days. So in all I have done yoga (albeit at a very beginner level) daily for over 4 weeks so why is this killing me?
I plan to keep at it but find myself worrying what lies ahead the next day (think I got comfort from doing the same video every day for a week). What does lie ahead?
