I've intermittently dropped in and out of yoga over the years - and gone back to it now in my mid 50's. I'm loving it and mixing it in with weights and swimming. Part of the reason to take it up again was to improve my notoriously poor balance ( had this for a lifetime as I grew from clumsy kid to clumsy adult)
The problem is that as my balance is SO bad I find any position requiring balance to be almost impossible. Does anyone have any advice?
