Can anyone recommend where to start with Yoga with Adrienne? I've looked at you you tube videos but don't know which one to start with.

Can really recommend 30 days of yoga. Not that I've ever finished it...but I will one day! I really enjoyed the bits that I did. Hadn't done yoga in years, was a great place to start.
