Yes.

Oddsocks15 · 18/02/2018 17:17

And what is it like? Any good?

It’s a mix of Pilates, yoga and a little tai chi. I really like it. If you are into that kind of thing I’m sire oh would enjoy it. There might be clips of it on YouTube

FreeNiki · 23/02/2018 10:38

I don't like it.

Having done all 3 individually, the tai chi bit iant real tai chi and the yoga bit isnt really yoga. Some yoga like poses but your method of going into them not quite right.

SeekEveryEveryKnownHidingPlace · 23/02/2018 10:43

If you were properly into yoga, pilates, or tai chi, you probably wouldn't like it, but for stretching and feeling a bit more supple, it's pretty good. It's a nice class, I think. I tend to get a bit bored (and cold) in the lying down with your eyes closed bit, though.

I generally like Les Mills's track lists, even though it's not the music I'd listen to otherwise, and I think if you like LM classes, you'll like this one.

I love it, especially the music. I am a desk worker and think it’s great for counteracting that a bit.

I've done BodyBalance a couple of times a week for around 15 years.
I absolutely love it.
I also love yoga classes.
They are different things.
