Yoga Retreats

Having a little browse through one of Candace's email's today and saw she has 2 retreats coming up, one in Italy and one in Santorini. The timing is not right for me for either of them, unfortunately, but I was curious to know if anyone had ever been on a yoga retreat and how they found it?

Ive always gone you yoga retreats on my own. I think you'll find at least 50% of the people there would have done the same It's a perfect go alone holiday. And I've always met really lovely people there.

Yep, I have been on some. Fabulous, recommended. Some people will only go with a friend, I am not bothered and went on my own, it was fine.

I hear you. I think going on my own would serve to make me braver so I would get more out of it. I cannot wait til my DC are a little older. Single parent and beginning to get to that point where I fear going somewhere alone a lot less. Just longing for the freedom now!

I love yoga retreats! Have been on my own a few times, it's a great way to meet people, or equally enjoy time to yourself. As PP say, a lot comes down to the teacher.
