A rather delicate question..

I'dlike to do yoga for all the benefits but...

I did one class ages ago and felt I was at risk of fanny farts. I had a prolapse repair years ago and although it's much better I still have some slight slackness on the front wall and a very slight uterine prolapse.

I also know that some yoga positions are a no-no if they put strain on the pelvic floor.

Can anyone advise or reassure me? I had thought about having a 1:1 private lesson to discuss this and test the whole thing out.

I had a yoga class last night and farted 3 times, a bloke once and another woman a few times.
No one batted an eye lid ,

It would be a good idea to find an experienced teacher and Email/ chat to them either prior to going to a class or to organise a one to one. Best of luck on your yoga journey!
