Which poses/ routines do you find help your mental health?

I love back bends for this although sometimes it can be tricky to feel so vulnerable. Goddess and warrior poses are great for feeling powerful. Managing tricky balances help me feel grateful for a body that can do this and the ability to learn it.

What about you?

I always do ten minutes breath retention after yoga it really calms the mind.

There is a really good dvd on amazon called element yoga there is 2 half hour work outs one for relaxation and one for weight loss, only £6 would highly recommend it

Yes I totally agree, love backbends, but I'm only just getting back into Yoga after a looooong break from it, so have to take it easy!
