Mountain pose posture question - feel like Im going knock kneed!

When i heard (on yoga with adriene) about the posture for this pose then i wasnt sure what spiralling the thighs inward really meant
I looked on google and i now see it's like getting the muscle towards the inside back.and like the hips rotating inward

  • It feels like Im going knock kneed and am sure that cant be right??
Can anybody advise?

I take such instructions as mental rather than physical. Your thighs won't really be spiralling inward at any point, but if you concentrate on that you will be stopping your legs from splaying out during the pose.

Don't over think it, it's just internal rotation.
