Pregnancy yoga on YouTube recommendations

Hi everyone,

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and before this was doing yoga with Adrienne 3 times per week plus a class. I've scaled right back due to previous miscarriages but my doctor has said it's fine to continue with activity that I was already doing.

So ive been doing this one from madeleine shaw but does anyone have any other good pregnancy recommendations please? I like this one but could do with it being a bit longer & slightly more challenging.

Really looking forward to 13 weeks to get back to a class!

Thanks in advance

Answering my own thread but just in case anyone is interested, I just did the 25 min vinyasa flow here and enjoyed it :)

I would recommend anything by Uma Dinsmore tuli. I am a pregnancy yoga teacher and will check out your links. Smile

Thanks both of you, I'm 30 weeks and my vinyasa teacher and I agreed I should make next week my last class until baby is born and I'm signed off by a doctor. I was going to start looking for a youtube pregnancy yoga session and found this instead.

I agree Uma is a great teacher and all her routines are very well thought through and cater to each trimester. I know you have said you like a little fast pace but now is the time to take advantage of restorative poses, Lon yummy savasanas and yoga Nidra. Uma also has a yoga Nidra.org site with lots of free resources - check it out. Tara Lee is also great, if you have Amazon Prime you can add it to your watchlist and combine all the individual 5 minute routines or just focus on a part of the body per day. Kept me doing daily yoga all the way to due date. Hope you enjoy :)
