So what happens at power yoga?

That's it really. How do I know I'm ready? What am I expected to do? Is it really hard?

Have been going to vinyasa yoga mainly, with a bit of ashtanga mixed in for a few years. I'd quite like to be a bit more challenged now. But I'm worried about being expected to do moves I can't do currently, like jumping through postures, and worried it's gonna be too fast. I know I could just ask my teacher, or just try a class, but I thought the wise yogis of mn might like to hold my hand advise me first. Do you do power? What do you think? Do you like it?

If you are already doing Vinyasa and a bit of Ashtanga (which I think is harder anyway), I would say that you are more than ready for Power Yoga Smile

I agree - I find Ashtanga harder than power yoga.
