I'm doing some yoga at the moment and my left hip muscles are hurting in a way that feels like water draining through the them and it's like internal stinging nettles..
I can't work out if it's positive pain or not, it's around the back of my leg wrapping to the outside buttock, and at the back of my iliac crest.. and a bit like gnawing. I want to do more yoga tomorrow morning and can't decide if i want more deep stretches in that area or if i should hold off..
How do you know???
