Yoga at home with my 5 year old

Hi. My daughter tried yoga at rainbows the other day and is really keen to try some more. Does anyone have any recomendations for free apps or downloads or perhaps online videos we could try? I have done a couple of classes in the past but not recently. We can't get out to a class together as we have her 2 year old brother tagging along. If she remains keen I'll buy a book or a pack of cards or something, I just don't want to do that if she gets bored of it quickly. Thanks!

I know several people who would recommend Cosmic Kids yoga
Lovely that your daughter is enthusiastic Smile

I'm a children's yoga teacher and the Yoga Pretzel cards work well for the age range that go to Rainbows. Lots of fun partner work that work well in family yoga sessions with parents and children. Have fun. 😊

I'm also happy for you to pm me to chat about what works with this age. 😊

I do cosmic kids yoga with my 5 year old. It's on YouTube and combines yoga with stories, there are loads to choose from.
