Anyone know of a good short Kundalini yoga routine online?
Tried one on you tube and felt amazing afterwards. Just need something shorter...

Bumping this for you. I have not tried Kundalini but a friend says it's life-changing.

Try Maya Fiennes.
I think there are a few on youtube,or you can get the dvd's cheap on eBay.
I love Kundalini yoga!
