Yoga and farting

Ok so I tried a yoga DVD yesterday morning and I found that some positions gave me gas. Is this common . I could never go to a yoga class and get embarrassed by letting out a fart

Welldone what has her body size got to do with anything you don't judge anyone in yoga. Also, grow up. Hope that helps.

Isn't there a Miranda episode where she does Pilates or yoga and farts 😂. I've started yoga and I've realised my stomach issues could be because of bad posture.

Weirdly I get The Trumps when I practise yoga at home but have never done so in class. Yet. Maybe my bowels KNOW
