Power of practice

My own back straightened up visibly since I re-started yoga about 2 years ago, for an unrelated problem. One day I just looked at myself in the mirror and went "Wha....?".

Wow that lady is inspiratiinal!! Same as you cote - my posture is v different since discovering yoga.

What a wonderful transformation!

I love yoga, but found that it really aggravated my sacro-iliac dysfunction and had to stop. Wish I could still do it

I was very happy with how my own back straightened, but really didn't think yoga would work just as well for someone over 70 (80?).

I showed it to my mum and aunt who are both quite hunched over, and they are interested in starting now. Watch this space 😊
