I was practising regularly 6 months ago, but then got poorly and couldn't do anything. I just can't get back into it at all both mentally and physically.

I was thinking of giving 30 days with adrienne a go, does anyone have any other suggestions?!

If you were practicing regularly, you might find the earlier days of Adrienne's 30-Day series a bit too light. In that case, you could do the shorter ones two at a time or skip the first lessons.

It would also be an idea to attend classes at a yoga studio for a while to get back into your own practice Smile

Thanks, I've had a go at rhe first few days of the new adriene camp thing. It is quite easy going, but that's what I need right now tbh. I can't get into a proper routine atm to stick to a class which is quite crap. I am feeling better already!
