I've not done yoga before but it appeals to me.
I'm interested to know if anyone's done this and what they achieved by the end if 30 days.
I'm hoping to lose weight and tone up as I'm dieting and aiming for 10k steps most days.
I'm also hoping for a better sense of 'wellness' if that makes sense. I imagine all that deep breathing to be quite beneficial.
Has anyone got any info or tips or want to join in?
