... this one really takes the Biscuit.

The back of my knee hurts. Right where it folds. I think I managed this during a sitting forward fold. < idiot >

Any idea what this might be and how long it will take to heal?

Well, obviously everyone is terribly interested Grin so I thought I'd let you all know that it progressively got better and I went back to yoga today. And didn't manage to straighten that leg much. Ah well. Patience....

Take it easy... don't force it if it doesn't want to straighten / bend. Knees are hard to fix if you break them, so leave it longer than you think it needs!

Thanks, Lord. I think it's on the mend now. It felt a bit stiff yesterday but I'm OK today.

What is there to be injured in the back of the leg behind the knee anyway? It's not the knee joint, is it? Confused
