Has anyone tried Dirty yoga ?

As I asked on that other thread... What on earth is 'dirty yoga'?

You basically pay for yoga lessons via your computer , it isn't too expensive , well not if you do it every night ! I think it is American , saw something about it in the Times or the Guardian and wondered if this might be a good way to do it as I have very, very little free time ( work full-time) .
