Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for a short yoga dvd. I've been doing the yoga for dummies type one but it takes about 50 mins with all the faffing between poses. I'd really like one that takes about 30 mins.

I don't use DVDs so can't help you there, but have you tried YouTube? There are loads of videos on there of all kinds of yoga. I'm sure you can find 30 min ones, as well.

I can't
Watch the Internet through my tv. Do you just watch them on a laptop? How do you stop the screen blanking out?

Sorry,
Probably stupid questions!

No worries. Yes, I watch YouTube yoga videos on my laptop during practice but you can also send them to your TV via Apple TV.

My screen doesn't blank out. Connect to electric socket (don't run on battery) and/or change energy saving settings.

Tara Stiles DVD which has varying lengths from about 20 minutes to 1hr. It has beginner's and advanced. Also Shiva Reava's DVD is also worth a look.

Sorry Sheva Rea

Rodney Yee AM Yoga for your week. Love this DVD. Five 'routines' and he explains each position well and prompts you to check your position throughout, but in a drawly voice that I really like. He's lush!

BogeyNights · 12/03/2016 17:41

Rodney is done with you after 20 mins or so... BTW

ZaraW · 12/03/2016 18:35

CoteDAzur · 12/03/2016 18:39

CoteDAzur · 12/03/2016 18:39
