Yoga retreat Costs Rica

Considering a retreat in Costa Rica. Has anyone been? Any recommendations?

I must have been looking at some old dates as she took the post down. I think she does several a year.

The last one had zip lining in the jungle and surf lessons along side the yoga which looked like a good balance. Check again soon I am sure she will post something.

LOL I'm veggie so won't be trying them even if I ate meat I don't think I'd do it!

I can highly recommend apoyo lodge in Nicaragua.
