Yoga websites or apps?

I've been doing yoga for a few years but live in a small market town so there's not masses of choice about the kind of yoga class I can attend. So I was wondering if any of you use any websites or youtube channels or DVDs or apps and what you'd recommend?

Im a massive fan of the yoga with Adriene channel on youtube- loads of content and I love her teaching style... In fact, someone mentioned her in another thread (30 days of yoga) so it seems I'm not the only fan!

Do Yoga With Me is free & has great variety Smile

Thanks, i'll check out both of those. The 30 days looks interesting, might have to try that.

What about for kids? DD2 (6) did yoga when she was at nursery and loved it but that teacher doesn't do a regular drop in class anywhere nearby.

I use the yoga studio app.

Probably mentioned on the other thread, I like Yoga with Adrienne too!

My DC sometimes try to do yoga alongside me (particularly as it's school hols and I tend to do it before breakfast so they are around). Would love to get them doing it more... (they are 6 & 8)

Kino is also great on YouTube, but maybe a bit extreme sometimes. She has recently injured herself quite seriously.

Ok, did the first of the 30 days and really like Adrienne's teaching style so will stick with that for a bit.

Rhinestone mine are similar ages, maybe I should just some yoga with DD2, I bet she would like that. I think she sometimes misses out on time alone with me in a typical middle child way, the other two are more demanding!

Rhinestone I asked the DDs (6&7) about the yoga they do at school (yoga at school, how come I didn't know about this before?) and it turns out they use the Cosmic Kids Yoga channel on youtube. Looks great fun, they tell a story and do yoga moves to tell the story. The woman presenter is quite children's TV and wears a onsie eyes Bonsoir suspiciously but the kids love it and giggled the whole way through the programme this afternoon.

I showed that YouTube channel to DS (6) and he loved it! Thanks for the info, drinks.

My two tried out Cosmic Yoga this morning, they did the Star Wars one and had a great time. Much chuckling and a fair amount of yoga... Smile

The Star Wars one is brilliant isn't it. DH and I giggled the whole way through. Hurray for Miss H, DD1's teacher who did it with her class.

Star Wars one had the kids in stitches Grin
