I ask because I have recently started pilates.
My teacher teaches both yoga and pilates
I must add that I have MS and have limired mobility. I also suffer with vertigo, balance problems and bladder and bowel issues.
I am so keen to start yoga. My teacher thinks i need to stick with pilates for now. Work upto yoga.
Some of the class is easier than other bits.
The core strength, balance and posture improvement and the strengthening of the pelvic floor is something im really keen to work on.
Id love to find out more about the benefits of yoga.
